Infant Toddler Teacher/ Assistant Caregiver

Description: • Schedule: Monday – Friday: 2:30 - 6:30 pm • Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum in accordance with the philosophy of the Early Childhood Center, NAEYC, and licensing regulations. • Teachers will be responsible for planning and preparing the learning environment, setting up interest centers, and preparing needed materials and supplies, supervising family day care children throughout the day along with completing daily reports and preparing assessments for children in their primary group and keeping track of assessments as well as other duties as assigned.

Special Skills & Requirements • A qualified applicant will have professional experience in the field of Early Childhood Education and/or Child Development, experience working with young children and finally, possess a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others and able to relate well to children. • Teaching experience: 1 year (ages 12 mo through 5 yrs) • Child Care experience: 1 year
