Special Skills & Requirements Enhance leadership skills and build your resume Typically, Division Leaders have backgrounds in teaching, social work, psychology or youth development. Eligible candidates should have a master's degree and/or previous leadership experience in youth development programs. The Division Leader position requires participation in a series of pre-camp training sessions in the late spring and facilitating four days of all-staff training before camp begins.
