Marketing Internship

Description: We're looking for motivated, energetic current college students with a mind for entrepreneurship and an interest in the marketing end of growing a small company to join us as a Marketing Intern for the Fall 2015 semester. Here's YOUR chance to make a difference in a small business on the verge of explosive growth and help decide our future. The Pixel Academy Marketing Internship is not your typical college internship experience. There are no coffee runs here; you'll be getting hands-on leadership experience. Interns with exceptional success will be considered for further employment at our marketing forefront. Oh, and did we mention we work with kids? The Marketing Internship is unpaid. College credit is available. Responsibilities will include: • Creating and maintaining a presence in our community • Innovating and carrying out new initiatives • Maintaining a consistent, target-driven social media presence • Researching new market opportunities • Helping us think through what could make us even more awesome Qualifications • Major, minor or current study in the Marketing, Management, and/or Business fields • Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, Mon-Fri. • Local to Brooklyn or Manhattan • Any past experience in the marketing field is a huge plus Perks • Staff lounge with free snacks, lots of coffee, and a PS4 • Working in a fun atmosphere with like-minded people • Ability to use Pixel Academy resources for your own projects and ideas • Access to state-of-the-art technology like 3D printers, a laser cutter, and the Oculus Rift
