Social Work Medical Office Assistant

Description: The intern/volunteer will function as a member of the Queens Acute Care Business Team. Some of the tasks include: fielding incoming calls; determine the services needed and resources available; accurately documenting all contact with individuals and agencies using EXCEL; and provide follow up as requested by project leader.
