Description: · Choose product to fit the story and price point asked for by editors · Align with OTS to make sure products and colors are available for certain time period · Call for a messenger or request the magazine to call for a messenger to send product · Log product out and align with Kate and Lindsay if their samples were used · Log product back in once received and return to correct closets 2. Create and maintain media lists · Use Cision database to create new media lists to find influencers, editors, and celebrities in certain categories · Update list when people move jobs or leave 3. Organize sample closet · Log in new samples for the season · Organize and maintain closet · Update closet every season
