Junior Designer

Description: - Be a conceptual thinker with strong technical skills (design and drawing) - Self motivated, fast learner, and will be willing to put in extra hours when needed. - Ability to work on short time frames and complete projects on tight schedules. - Must be Proficient in Revit and AutoCad. Sketchup and Photoshop proficiency a plus. - Experience with site surveying and construction documentation is preferable but not required. - Knowledge of New York City zoning codes, building codes, and DOB permit application process a plus.
