Thoughts about CSTEP: The CSTEP program at QCC is characterized by a group of extraordinary people who are willing to give students every support they need to become successful either through their educational resources or through personal guidance. I still remember the times I walked into Ms. Rihab’s office with my problems and each time I came out with a new hope and zeal to take the necessary steps I needed for success. CSETP was a great support for me while I was a student and I can never forget.
