2015 Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges® Award

The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs will be accepting applications for the 2015 Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges Award.

Note that students who have completed any form of volunteer/community service must submit proof of such claim with a letter from the organization on letterhead.  The QCC Academic Senate Awards and Scholarship Committee will then meet to review your recommendations and select suitable candidates for nominations.  Students are also able to solicit nominations from faculty here at the college; a separate nomination form will be e-mailed to all students via Tigermail.

Students who are nominated by the Academic Senate Awards & Scholarship Committee and chosen for the award by the Who’s Who organization are also eligible to compete for the H. Pettus Randall III Scholarship.  Each qualifying student will be mailed a short profile questionnaire by Who’s Who and will be entered into a drawing.  The scholarships will be awarded based on a random selection in May 2013 moderated by an independent judging organization.  A total of three (3) scholarships will be awarded nationwide in the amounts of $5,000, $3,000, and $2,000.
