Question Guidelines

We check our e-mail regularly and will make every attempt to reply to your e-mail within 3 business days (excluding weekends). However, during the Advisement & Registration period a response may take longer.

  • We make every effort to keep all communiqué confidential; however, as it takes place over the Internet, we cannot guarantee that your e-mail will be completely secure.
  • We can only reply to e-mails sent from QCC Tigermail e-mail accounts.
  • Depending on your circumstances, or if your question is too complex to answer via e-mail, an advisor may ask you to come into the office.
