  • Forms:
  • Steps to get tutored
    • Fill out a Tutoring Referral Form (available in H214 and/or in the Learning Center (LC))
    • Have your instructor initial the form and write items to be reviewed
    • Go to the Campus Learning Center (L-125), talk to the administrative assistant and schedule a suitable date/time
    • After the session tutors fill out Tutoring Log with a summary of the tutoring activity and send it to your instructor.
