Description: An established Payroll, HR & Employee Management firm seeking a Payroll & Benefits Salesperson. We provide high quality financial services to thousands of businesses. This is a full time position. Candidate needs to have the availability to work additional hours as needed and potentially weekend or evening hours as needed. Responsible for following management direction and leadership to ensure that company sales goals & quotas are reached and are done so within specified guidelines and budget. Proactively coordinates and manages schedule to reach sales objectives within company. Reports to CEO & COO / Senior Management. Understands Salesperson’s role in achieving company’s revenue, profit and retention goals. Great opportunity for long term career and growth. Essential Responsibilities: • Operates in a quota driven capacity; selling Payroll, HR & Benefits solutions. • Utilizes given and defined sales tools. • Performs Cold Calling and Cold “Walk-Ins” to cultivate new relationships and sales. • Ensures that all sales and referrer data is present in Company CRM system. • Demonstrates self-motivation to reach high standards of performance by establishing diligence, dedication and a sense of mission. • Develops and maintains relationships with senior banking officers and accountants. • Works with internal and external partners (contracted personnel and or vendors) to ensure cooperation and proper sales to our clients. • Maintains list of, and refers, ancillary services, products and benefits to new and existing clients. • Maintains good working relations between Sales and other departments in the company. • Coordinates with various departments to bring clients' requests to proper resolution. • Proactively, and upon request, creates and compiles data and reports on activities. • Proactively notifies management of trends and other happenings in Sales Department. • Demonstrates knowledge in company policies and procedures and ensures these are being adhered to. • Opens new, and monitors existing, tickets so as to make sure issues are resolved in a timely fashion. • Follows up with potential clients and staff members so as to keep all parties (staff members, clients) informed as to the status of their request. • Consistently calls and follows up with clients to ensure their sales needs have been met and expectations exceeded. • Negotiates pricing and other resolutions with clients to satisfy client and protect company's interests. • Demonstrates ability to exercise extreme tact and discretion.

Bilingual a plus. • Analytical thinker and quick problem solver. • Excellent interpersonal skills within team environment and on the phone. • Ability to stay calm under pressure. Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses: • High School Diploma or GED required. • Minimum 1.5 years experience in Sales Environment, specifically in Business to Business and Business Services industries. • College Degree or Professional Certification preferred. • Preference will be given to those with experience and or relevant education in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, QuickBooks, HR or related subjects and theme.|
