Office Assistant

Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain DYCD Online systems, including but not limited to inputting participant information, attendance, activity schedule, holiday programming schedules Maintain attendance and snack records Participate in mandated staff training/development workshops, including some weekends and evenings. Ensure safety of ALL participants at all times, and follow program policies at all times. Provide clerical support, including typing correspondence, memos, answering phone calls, etc. Communicate with parents about participants absents or behavior. Play an active role of translating to families verbally or in writing. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.

Salary $9-$12/HR BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
