Summer Associate

Description: College students can gain practical non-profit organization experience as well as professional workplace and organizational skills through our Summer Associate program. These positions require a minimum commitment of twenty hours per week for at least ten weeks. Summer Associates will train, coordinate, and lead a team of volunteers working on our Community Needs Assessment Survey. Along with their assigned tasks, Associates will have the opportunity to initiate, develop, and implement individual projects over the course of the program. ~Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ~Community Service Experience preferred ~Volunteer coordination experience preferred ~Must possess excellent communication skills ~Project Management Experience preferred ~Ability to speak one of the following languages preferred: Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese/Fuzhounese) Korean Spanish
