dicephalic conjoined twins

The Hensel twins, Abby and Brittany, were born in March, 1990. They are called dicephalus conjoined twins. They have separate hearts and stomachs, one pair of arms and one pair of legs. Their spines join at the pelvis and they have only one set of organs from the waist down.

Are they two persons or one person with two heads?  If they are thought of as two persons then what is it that makes a person a person?

Would the Egyptian case be of one or two persons?  Reading-Two-Heads

If the Egyptian case is of one person but the Hensel case is of two persons what exactly makes the difference?

If they are both cases of two persons then was a person killed in the Egyptian case?  Why ?
