2026 SUMMER

The Digital Green Technology Professional Training Program, focusing on Generative AI Fundamentals and Cloud Computing, is designed to prepare a skilled local workforce for the rapidly expanding digital and energy infrastructure sector across the New York–New Jersey–Connecticut tri-state region. As large-scale AI data centers and cloud platforms come online—projected to be 100 Megawatts or more of power—there is growing demand for technicians and specialists who understand both advanced computing systems and the energy-efficient environments that support them. This program addresses that workforce gap by providing accessible, industry-aligned training that bridges digital technology and sustainable infrastructure.

Through focused coursework in cloud computing, AI concepts, and applied digital systems, participants develop practical, job-ready competencies relevant to data center operations, intelligent building systems, and energy-aware IT environments. The program’s objective is to expose learners within 3 months to foundational credentials and hands-on knowledge valued by employers in technology, utilities, and green infrastructure. Designed for working adults, career changers, and recent graduates, the training creates pathways into high-demand roles supporting cloud and AI systems, transforming regional energy grids, enterprise computing, and sustainable digital operations.
