Yoga - Flow and Restore

This class is for everyone. From beginners to experienced Yogi's.

Flow and Restore plus Core. Focus is on Abs. and Core. We will warm up, practice breathing, stretching, do some standing poses. Work on balance, steadiness, and flexibility, in a safe and fun way. Using props(yoga strap and 2 yoga blocks) one will learn how to incorporate these into the practice.

Students will learn about various subcategories of children's literature, from picture books to easy readers to middle grade novels. We will experiment with writing different forms of KidLit, and we will study work from beloved children's authors. By the end of the course, students will be confident in their understanding of how to write for children in today's publishing environment.
