Adult swimmers seeking to elevate their fitness and refine their techniques. Participants should be comfortable swimming multiple lengths of the pool using all four competitive strokes.

This course is designed for intermediate and advanced Adult swimmers, who want to improve their fitness and technique through workout and drills. Workouts will focus on improving technique and building endurance.

Prerequisites: Be capable of the 4 competition strokes: front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

Objectives: Improve effectiveness and efficiency of swimming strokes.
