Combining Mindfulness, Wellness and Community for Joyful Living -Art & Mind

Featuring Professor Suzan Gonzalez from the Art and Design Department

 

For this session we will define mindfulness and see how it can be used with art as a tool to alleviate stress. We will practice different exercises combining mindfulness and art. These exercises are simple and easy and can be used anywhere. You will need 5 pieces of paper and a pen or pencil or marker.
