Donations to be collected starting February 27, 2023 until April 24, 2023
DUE DATE: Wednesday April 26, 2023

In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) in April, the Office of Title IX Compliance is asking for donations for our Personal Items Drive to be donated to Survivors at a shelter. The organization Safe Horizon is a partner resource and will use these donations for distribution at a domestic violence shelter. We are accepting donations of personal hygiene items which include: toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand soaps, deodorant and hand wipes.

Donation Box Locations: Office of Title IX Compliance, A-413 (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 9am-5pm) Medical Arts Room 413 (Thursdays, 9am-5pm)

Teal ribbons will be handed out which represents support for the Survivors of Sexual Assault.

 

Co-sponsored by the Safe Horizon Organization, QCC C-STEP Program, and QCC Clubs: Lambda Sigma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the Newman Club, and the Environmental Sustainability Club
