Monday, 5/6 2pm-3pm Sleep: Why You Need It and the Key to Academic Success
This workshop, presented by the Counseling Center, will address the importance of sleep to a student’s academic success. We will discuss our biological need for sleep, including understanding the subsets of sleep quality and research regarding how quality sleep improves academic performance. Discussion will also include how to improve sleep quality through various strategies and the difficulties faced by working students. Zoom

Wednesday, 5/8 12pm-2pm Healthy Living Day
The Counseling Center presents a "Healthy Living Day" to promote wellness. Destress and unwind with us as the semester comes to an end and before finals begin. Find ways to bust stress and gain resources to add positive ways to help you achieve better social, emotional, and physical health. We will host/engage in various activities including Yoga and Coloring & Making of Beads. Humanities Quad
Wednesday, 5/8 12pm-2pm Yoga Workshop Yoga can help build physical and emotional strength, flexibility and resilience. This will be a gentle yoga practice for all levels. Please dress comfortably in loose clothing. Humanities Quad

Wednesday, 5/8 12pm-2pm Play Date with Puppies This workshop is simply for the fun of it! It will provide stress-free, no judgement, time playing with a puppy. This will be a good opportunity to socialize with other students at an event that will involve playing fetch the ball, puppy tug-of-war, and rewarding puppies with treats. All you need to bring is a warm heart and playful spirit. Humanities Quad
Thursday, 5/9 2pm-3:30pm Squish Away Your Stress Stress balls are valuable tool for relieving stress, promoting focus, relaxation, and emotional wellness - and they are a lot of fun! Come join us and make some stress balls! Medical Arts Building, Room-133
Friday, 5/10 1:10pm-3pm Paint 'n Chill Workshop Sign up for this free, instructor led workshop where you will create your own painting while enjoying some much needed time for yourself.
