Accessing Your New CUNY Email Account

Getting Started

Tigers, you need to take action! You have a new email account.

As of April 13, 2026, all official QCC and CUNY messages are being sent to your new CUNY student email account.

You must log in at least once to activate access and receive messages.

🚨 If you have not logged in yet, you are missing important emails from professors, Brightspace, Navigate360, and college offices.

Use the instructions on this page to access your new CUNY student email account.
