Sal Mangano Full Biography |
| Program Director of the Center and member of the advisory board. Mr. Mangano is the author of "XSLT Cookbook" published by O'Reilly. In addition to XSLT, Sal has in depth experience in XML Schema, SOAP, and OO Design and Development. He is presently a Vice President at a major financial institution and was previously a senior consultant at SIAC. | |

Christopher Skelly Full Biography |
| Laboratory Director of the Center and member of the advisory board, Mr. Skelly is President and CEO of Insight Resource Inc., a training and consulting firm specializing in Java/XML/C/C++/OO and DP education. Mr. Skelly is a master of “Technical Entertainment” and has been delivering top-flight technical courses for 20 years. He has been a guest Faculty member and speaker at 40 international software conferences, and is the author of “Mining for Nuggets, a Pattern Language for Learners and Teachers.” | |

Sig Handelman Full Biography |

Member of the Advisory Board. Mr. Handelman worked in IBM's Research
Division for almost 28 years. He is a highly regarded expert in B2B
technologies including EDI, ebXML and Web Services, and was the
Co-chair of the XML/EDI Workgroup responsible for the B2B technology
initiatives of the Automotive Industry Action Group.

Dan Stone Full Biography |

Member of the Advisory Board. Dan Stone
has been an information technology professional for over 20 years,
specializing in investment banking technology since 1992.
Recently he served as Global Head of Infrastructure at Barclays
Capital, following his tenure there as Global Head of Collateralized
Finance Technology. Before joining Barclays Capital, Dan
worked at Lehman Brothers where he ran equity derivatives and fixed
income application teams in NY and Asia before becoming Asia
Regional CIO in 1999.

Kurt Cagle Full Biography |

Stuart Asser Full Biography |
| Member of the Center's Advisory Board. Stuart Asser is a Professor and Chairman of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology Department at Queensborough Community College of City University of New York. Prior to coming to QCC, Professor Asser spent 21years as an electrical engineer at Grumman at Grumman Corporation where he worked on the Lunar Module/F14 and Apollo 13 spacecraft. He is the co-author of “Microcomputer Theory and Servicing” and “Mastering Electricity” among other books. | |
