Queensborough's Alumni Game featured the red squad beating the black squad 86-81 after nearly giving up a huge lead late in the game.
The game featured the return of Tom Sinnickson to Queensborough, who coached the Tigers to 4 CUNY Championships, coaching the black team. His team received contributions from his son Dylan, but the Red team dominated, going into halftime up 48-29 after a buzzer-beating banker from Ben Chobhaphand. The red team was helped by several of last players, including Taequann Washington, Anthony Brown, Alan Smith and Stephon Medard. Assistant Coach Damien Broadwater also added a basket. The lead reached the mid-20s in the second half, which was too much for the black team to overcome.
