Bob DiNardo’s game-plan to start out with a full-court press helped QCC easily dispose of the Lady Broncos from the Bronx. The Lady Tigers never trailed, scoring the first 21 points of the game, and ending it before it began.
Queensborough cashed in off numerous Bronx turnovers and took a whopping 35 point lead into halftime. The Lady Tigers defense stifled the Lady Broncos, as Bronx was held scoreless for the first six and a half minutes, and for the final six minutes of the first half, and led 47-12.
The lead ballooned to 41, as Queensborough defeated the winless Lady Broncos 74-35.
