 For Students Interested in Teaching Secondary Education

At this time there is not a dual/joint program for secondary education, however, students who are interested in teaching secondary education can major in Liberal Arts (LA 1). This program would allow students to complete most of the Liberal Arts and Sciences Area Requirements for Queens College. Once accepted at Queens College, students would major in the subject area they would like to teach, for example: Mathematics, Physical Education, or Science and minor in Secondary Education.
