I will be on-line Mon-Friday and sometimes but rarely on Saturday and Sunday!

Mondays and Tuesdays are my most likely times for "virtual office hours"

Communicating with the Professor:     One of the features of distance education is that you are never required to meet face to face with the professor. However, if you want to stop by for a visit my office is at Queensborough Community College in Bayside NY in the Medical Arts Building, Room 403 and my hours will be available through the course materials (see Course Information Documents) During the Pandemic you can reach me for a personal matter by:

3.      for a class matter Post in the BB Discussion Forum titled “Questions and Suggestions for the Professor”

4.      for a class matter I shall also have VIDEO OFFICE HOURS for the class at times I shall announce.  They will be INSIDE the Class Site using Blackboard Collaborate or ZOOM.

Some things to address in Private by telephone or email might include:

  • A contact about late assignments.

  • A discussion about a grade.

  • A discussion about how the course is going for you.

  • An essay topic that you're wondering about but despite it's personal nature, you'd feel better about

  • discussing here.

  • Feedback about the course.

  • A concern about another student.

Sometimes it's good to let others in our conversation so PLEASE  address general topics in the "QUESTIONS and SUGGESTIONS for the Professor forum in the Discussion Board. Such topics  might include:

  • Clarification on directions.

  • Due dates.

  • Assignment questions
