INSTRUCTIONS to enter the BLACKBOARD  Discussion Board Website

The CUNY Blackboard server can be accessed at: https://cunyportal.cuny.edu/cpr/authenticate/portal_login.jsp

To access your course, you must place the direct BLACKBOARD URL in the address field of your web browser. Please bookmark the course map location of BLACKBOARD in your web browser so you can easily find it again.

Once you have entered the course and see the opening page it would be a very good idea to BOOKMARK that page or add it to your FAVORITES. In Internet Explorer you should add it to LINKS and then have it on the horizontal tool bar at the top of the program window so you can go immediately to the course page when you need to without needing to enter in the long address.

If you have trouble entering the class it might be because you have a last name that is more than 12 characters long.  The email and Blackboard system are set for a maximum of 13 characters. If this is the case please go to the ACC (QCC Library Building first floor) or contact them at 718-631-6624
