Purpose :

• To honor the memory of Dr. Vincent E. Smith
• A scholarship for the student with outstanding record in Social Sciences

Scholarship Award Criteria:

• Student with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and at least 12 or more credits in Social Science courses
• Student must be graduating in current academic year
• 6 credits in any two of these classes: 610, 620, 630, 635, 640, 650, 660, 670, 680, 750, and 770.
