Staff Attorney Sara Monzet is available on campus each Thursday by appointment to discuss legal issues that jeopardize students' financial security, including debt collection, bankruptcy filing, federal and state tax liabilities, loan modification and foreclosure defenses, benefits eligibility, and student loan repayment plans. She can also provide referral information for legal help with divorce and child support payments matters, landlord/tenant issues, immigration and other general legal matters.
