For students, staff, and faculty members who DO NOT remember their CUNY Portal / Blackboard username or password, go to the CUNY portal log-in page and click on the Forgot you Username? link. Fill out the information on the page, click next and then confirm. Your username will be displayed.
If you should have further problems, please contact Blackboard Support at Queensborough by filling out the form in it's entirety for any technical issues related to Blackboard. Please complete the online help form 1 time. The more you send does not guarantee you will get a faster response. What it will guarantee is the online help form being taken off-line which will be a detriment to others. Queensborough's Portal Support staff works very hard to provide assistance to those who truly need it.
NOTE: If you want to sign up for CUNY A!ert, your username for the Portal is the same username for Blackboard.
