If you forgot your username, the steps below will walk you through retrieving it from the CUNY Portal. When done, your username will be displayed.

1. Go to the CUNY Portal Login page

2. Click on the Account and Password Reset>>

   

3. Complete the information on the User Validation page & click Next

   

4. Complete the information on the User Validation page & click Next

   

5. The page will display your VALID CUNY portal username and provide you with an area to enter a NEW password. The system remembers your last 6 passwords. Once you have entered and confirmed your NEW password, click Save

   

6. If you entered a password not already in the system for your account you will have successfully changed your password. If you tried to use an existing password for your account, you will need to do these steps again.
