What happens if I my QCC OneCard is lost or stolen?

If you lose your OneCard, login to your OneCard Account immediately and deactivate the card. Then call the OneCard office to report a lost or stolen card.

You may obtain a new card for a replacement fee at the OneCard Office in the Science Building (S-124). Please be aware that you remain responsible for card transactions and costs prior to deactivation. Falsifying, altering, or misusing your own or anyone else's ID card in any way is strictly prohibited by the college.


What is the difference between Dining Dollars and TigerBucks accounts?

Tax-free Dining Dollars (students only) can be used only in campus dining facilities. Dining Dollars expire at the end of the academic year. TigerBucks accounts do not expire.


Can I withdraw cash from my OneCard fund accounts?

No, your OneCard is not an ATM card. You do not have the ability to withdraw cash from it.


At the end of the year, what happens to cash remaining in Dining Dollars and TigerBucks accounts?

Dining Dollars expire at the end of the spring semester. TigerBucks roll over from one semester to the next.
