NURSING INFORMATION SESSION

All students ready to file an application for the Spring 2010 Clinical Nursing Program are encouraged to read the college catalog (pages 112-113, 183-184) or go through the Nursing Department website before calling the department directly for information.

Students interested in applying to the Clinical Nursing Program are strongly encouraged to attend an information session regarding clinical application requirements.

Information Sessions for Students who are ready to apply for Spring 2010 Clinical will be Held in Room M-344 On Wednesday September 2nd, September 16th and October 7, 2009 At 4PM

ONLY STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED ALL PRE-REQUISITES ARE ELIGIBLE TO
APPLY

Clinical Nursing Application Checklist

·	QCC Degree Audit Form - Tiger Tracks
·	NLN PAX Test At Queensborough
·	Transfer Transcripts (If applicable)
·	Completed or Exempt from Speech requirements
·	Completed or Exempt from Math Requirements
·	Completed BI-301 - minimum grade of C
·	Completed EN-101
·	Completed SS-310
·	Completed SS-510
·	GPA of 2.75 or greater in the above classes
·	Updated Documentation of Legal Status in the United States on file with Queensborough Community College
