Administrative Policy Regarding E-mail Distribution
The "Everyone" distribution list is reserved for official college communications by the President, Vice Presidents, Deans, and Academic and Administrative department heads.
Queensborough Community Dialogue
An alternate "Everyone" distribution list has been created entitled Queensborough Community Dialogue. All members of faculty and staff have been included on this list and may utilize it.
If an individual chooses not to be part of the Community Dialogue distribution list, he or she can send a removal request to the Help Desk. The request must be submitted:
- from your QCC email account,
- to firstname.lastname@example.org, with a
- subject of 'QCC Community Dialogue Removal Request'.
E-mail usage at Queensborough Community College is governed by the College Policy on Computer User Responsibilities which can be found on this Web site.
