AS A RE-ADMIT STUDENT:
Students in good academic standing, whether in degree or non-degree status, who have not attended the College for one or more semesters (fall or spring) must file an Application for Readmission, available at the Admissions Office.

READMISSION FOLLOWING DISMISSAL
Students who were academically dismissed from the College, whether in matriculated or non-degree status, who have had a break in attendance, and now wish to return to the College must appeal to the Faculty Committee on Admissions by filing the Application for Readmission. An explanation describing the reasons for the appeal is required on the application. The appeal must include any documentation in support of the appeal, such as (a) transcripts from all high schools and colleges attended other than Queensborough and (b) letters from a physician in support of any medical reasons for the appeal. Students may also submit other pertinent information important to their appeal.

The Application for Readmission may be brought personally to the Admissions Office (Administration Building, Room 210). Students will be advised in writing by the Faculty Committee on Admissions regarding their appeal for readmission and any specific academic provisions required by the Committee.

The fee for filing an Application for Readmission is $10 (USD).
