The center for Mastercam training

The Mechanical Engineering Technology Department prepares students in CAD/CAM Technology in a real-world machine shop environment. Mastercam is the ubiquitous CAD/CAD system used throughout the world. Mastercam courses are available in these currently offered regular credit programs or you may take them individually on a non-credit basis:

CLASSROOM TRAINING
The state-of-the-art CNC Laboratory provides 15 seats of Mastercam 8.1.

MILL LEVEL3
Complete Mastercam training in Lathe, Design, Mill Levels 1, 2 and 3 and Solids.

CNC MACHINE TOOLS
Students get shop floor experience running their Mastercam programs on the CNC Machining and Turning Centers in the Manufacturing Processes Laboratory.

MASTERCAM DESIGN
Create everything from 2D geometry to complex 3D surface and solid models in Mastercam Design.
