FORENSIC ACCOUNTING PROGRAM LAUNCHED FOR FALL 2012
As the business world becomes more complex, there is a growing need for Forensic Accountants –professionals who trained in accounting, auditing and investigative skills.
The launch of this specialized area within the College’s accounting program promises an interesting future for our students. Through its combination of basic accounting principles with additional courses in business organization, management, statistics, criminal justice, economics and other areas of study, students will have a strong foundation for a career in accounting and transfer as upper classmen to the Bachelor Degree of Sciences in Economics: Forensic Financial Analysis at John Jay College.
Students wishing to learn more may contact the Freshman Academy for Business (Businessacademy@qcc.cuny.edu) located in the Administration Building, Room 405 A.
