In order to accommodate students who have been unable to register for, or withdraw from classes due to CUNYfirst service interruption, CUNY is extending the 100% tuition refund date to close of business on Wednesday September 3, 2014 for all Fall 2014 students.
This applies to tuition and any fees which would have been partially or completely refunded due to a change in enrollment. In addition, students will not be charged a late registration fee or change of program fee until Thursday September 4 when the 50% refund policy will be in effect.
Students who need assistance dropping their classes should come to the Office of the Registrar, Room A-104 or email Registrar@qcc.cuny.edu.
Students who have questions about their bills should be directed to the Office of the Bursar, Room A118 or email Bursar@qcc.cuny.edu
Students who are finalizing their financial aid packages should visit Financial Services, Room L409 or email FinancialAid@qcc.cuny.edu.
