Engagement Center Specialist

Description: Our outbound call personnel are responsible for engaging prospective clients (individual consumers) who have been identified through data analysis to likely benefit from our program offerings. These prospective clients come to us as part of a strategic alliance with a provider of national health plan services. Team members will conduct client outreach, explain program benefits and services and enroll prospective clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills. They must possess superior listening skills. They must enjoy engaging prospects and establishing trust and rapport. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and be able to structure their own work stream to maximize their engagement potential. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and superior customer service skills. Responsibilities: • Outreach to prospective members and engage them in a discussion around program benefits and enrollment; • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate prospective clients about program options and benefits • Enroll prospective members in AbilTo programs; • Establish client relationships and continuous interaction with clients/potential clients; • Update client records on AbilTo’s CRM platform; • Create calling schedule on a weekly basis; • Schedule clients on AbilTo’s scheduling platform; • Handle client questions and objections; • Handle client call-backs (from voice mails left)

Special Skills & Requirements The Ideal Candidate: • Self-motivated team player with multitasking abilities • Proven sales results and selling skill • Database and CRM system knowledge (user based) • Organized self-starter with 3-5 years work experience • Fluency in English --- fluency in Spanish a big plus • Adept at learning and using computer systems – familiarity with CRM systems • Efficient as using Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) • Demonstrated work ethic • Focused, driven to achieve • Superior Customer Service Delivery Skills • Prior experience in an inbound/outbound call center Other Considerations: • Education: BA preferred but not required • Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will consist of base and bonus – the bonus being directly related to their ability to enroll members in the program • AbilTo provides fully-funded health insurance benefits • Hours would be available 8:00am EST to 8:00 PST; we are willing and able to structure a schedule within these times (given a 40-hour work week)
