Customer Service Receptionist (Part Time)

Description: • Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing members and staff with a smile • Answer phones and data entry • Ability to work unsupervised and be able to make quick business decisions, within the scope of job responsibility • Respond to all member concerns, issues, and requests in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner • Must be able to communicate well with members • Enrolls members in programs; register members for personal training, and swim and exercise classes • Receive payments for programs • Maintain a co-operative team attitude with co-workers • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Special Skills & Requirements • High School diploma but college degree preferred • Previous customer service experience required • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong work ethic and team player • Efficient, well-organized, and able to multi-task • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance • Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational • Proficient computer skills • Individual must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds with assistance. • Individual is frequently required to sit, stand, lift, squat, and kneel; reach with hands and arms, and see, talk, and hear. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. • Have normal hearing with or without device.
