Customer Service (3rd Shift Supervisor)

Description: • Active Leadership • Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and guidance to all Worldnet Team members and functions during the 3rd shift consistent with Worldnet Core Values and Non-Negotiable Standards. • Motivate and encourage employees to exceed their performance goals while complying with company quality standards and procedures. • Exercise good judgment and make effective, timely, and informed decisions. Special Skills & Requirements • Minimum 1 year previous supervisor or leadership experience • Proficiency in English • Basic understanding and application of business acumen, principles, theories, and concepts. • A general understanding of basic supervisory approaches for work direction, developmental and motivational feedback, and disciplinary action. • Previous expedited airfreight, import, and export experience highly preferred. • BS/BA degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • Problem solving experience required • Strong analytical and leadership skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with MS Office, Windows OS, email and Internet
