Description: • Action Client inquiries / billing discrepancies / client credits • Work closely with outside collections agencies • Research potential client credits • Apply Cash, Wire, Credit Card, and Check payments • Process client credit card payments • Supervise the Collections staff • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting requirements • Ad-hoc projects and reports

Special Skills & Requirements • 2 to 5 years of Collections experience • 1 to 3 years of Supervisory experience • Business / Accounting degree preferred • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone • Proficient with MS Office (Excel), Windows, Email (Outlook), Internet Research, and English • Professional / Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment • Experience with Logistics and terminology preferred • Ability to work independently and on a team • Proven ability to manage accounting figures, calculate, post entries. • Must be able to enjoy working in a social environment and work well with others
