Parent Child Home Program (Home Visitor)

Description: Parent Child Home Program is committed to closing the achievement gap by providing low-income families the skills and materials they need to prepare their children for school and life success. Home visitors will visit families residing in Sunset Park and follow a curriculum that utilizes play and parent-child interaction to help families gain literacy skills. The program is founded on an evidence-based early literacy, parenting, and school readiness model. Visits are conducted in the parents'/guardians' native language.

Salary $1,100 a month, plus an educational award of $5,645 at the end of the year.
