Dean’s List Ceremony/Milestone Celebration

Instructions for Participants

The doors will open promptly at 6:15 p.m. for registration / seating purposes.

Upon arrival, you will be directed to the main table to check in. A staff member will give you a card with your name on it that you will present to the speaker on stage. Dean’s List recipients will be directed to sit in the designated first few rows. Guests of the honorees may sit anywhere else in the theatre.

Note: Dean’s List recipients will be able to pick up their certificates in the lobby of the theatre AFTER the event.

Conferral of Pins:

The ceremony begins promptly at 7:00 p.m. After the introduction you will be asked to line up as a group on the left-hand side of the theatre (facing the stage). Dean’s List recipients will be invited briefly onto the stage to receive their commemorative pin.

After receiving your pin, you are free to sit anywhere in the audience that you want.

Keep in mind that this is a formal event, and all recipients are expected to dress appropriately in professional attire.


Ample parking is available in the Main Lot for recipients and their guests.
