Drop in between 12:10 and 1 pm for some gentle seated stretching and mindfulness meditation. Meditation can help improve concentration and focus; reduce stress and anxiety; improve self acceptance, and boost emotional and physical health and well being. Whether you have never meditated, or have a regular practice, come see the power of meditation, in a supportive group setting. Facilitated by Carrie Diamond-Feldman, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Meditation Educator and Registered Yoga Teacher.
