Description:

Tony brings his exhilarating energy, warmth and humor to a tour of live concert shows across the nation as he celebrates over five decades as a beloved entertainer. Orlando is extremely personable and has a presence and charm that is rarely seen. Included in this production are his hits of the seventies, classic Rock and Roll, fifties tunes, tributes to America, and even a couple of new songs. A top selling recording artist, songwriter, concert headliner, network television star, Motion Picture actor, Broadway performer and author, very few entertainers have excelled in so many realms. Tony started his career as the GM and Vice President of CBS-Music Division April-Blackwood Music from 1966-1970, where he produced Barry Manilow’s first recording. Soon, he would be producing his own music yielding him 2 Platinum albums, 3 Gold albums and 15 Top 40 Hits including: Tie A Yellow Ribbon ‘Round The Ole Oak Tree, Knock Three Times, Candida, My Sweet Gypsy Rose and He Don’t Love You (Like I Love You). Among a dizzying number of top honors, Tony received three American Music Awards and two People’s Choice Awards. Tony was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Tony Orlando and Dawn are ranked among the Top 100 Billboard Magazine artists of all-time!
