ASAP Club: Tackling Hunger Month Event Synopsis: October is "Tackling Hunger Month" and in honor of this, the ASAP Club is sponsoring a Food Drive to tackle hunger right here at Queensborough Community College. We will be collecting food and personal hygiene items for the Lucille A. Bova Food Pantry, located in the Library Building, Room: L-433A, that provides much needed items to our students. Items Needed: non-perishable food items (including, ready-to-open cans, pasta, rice, beans, soups, canned meats, cereal, etc.), personal hygiene items (including, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, band-aids, sanitary pads, laundry items, etc.). QCC ID Required - All are welcome! Co-Sponsored by: Asian Society, Chemistry Club, Korean Student Association, QCC Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society, Haitian Club, STEM Research Club, Environmental Sustainability Club, Liberal Arts Academy, SACNAS QCC Chapter, Women In Science Club, Phi Theta Kappa, CSTEP Club, International Students Club
