This 8 hour course will help you: 1. Identify signs and symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses. 2. Learn how to respond if you see these signs in your colleagues, friends, and loved ones. 3. Sign up for training at www.nyc.gov/MHFA 4. Mental Health First Aid training is also a valuable tool for professional development. 5.
