Speakers: Lieutenant General Stefan Feller, Police Adviser, Department of Peacekeeping Operations, United Nations and Dr. Jean Murley, Associate Professor of English, Queensborough Community College. Lieutenant Feller discusses crises which cause internal and external displacement, and the challenges of reverting displacement and migration.
