Learn to flip your classroom by transform videos into engaging learning experiences that get your students prepared before class. During this workshop you will learn how to create your PlayPosit account, create and enhance premade bulbs in PlayPosit, customizing them for your individual course in minutes. Learn how to link your bulbs to your blackboard course and save the grades in the Blackboard Grade center. You will be required to identify videos appropriate for your discipline, and then embed activities that reinforce key concepts and ideas. PlayPosit provides immediate feedback, and easy way to monitor students' activities. Who should attend: All faculty members may attend. The resulting videos may be used in other applications such as Blackboard, VoiceThread, and SoftChalk. These techniques are a must for those who are thinking of flipping parts or all of a course.
